Stage 1: Research and Analysis

Once the budget has been agreed, we start each project by researching and analyzing your business, industry, target market, goals and needs. We clearly define the desired outcomes of the project so that its success of the can be assessed accordingly.

Stage 2: Strategy Formulation

We then use the information gathered in the Stage 1 and your input to create a strategy for the solution that the project provides. Formulating a strategy ensures that the project development, implementation and post-implementation is handled in a coherent manner for maximum effectiveness.

Stage 3: Draft Design

Based on the strategy formulated, we sketch a draft of the project deliverable. Whether it’s a website, CMS, mobile app or SEO project, we create a draft that shows how we will develop and proceed with the project. You will be shown more than one draft so you can choose the one that you feel is best.

Stage 4: Development

This stage is where the core development takes place. With all the information we need and your approval of the strategy and draft, we develop the project with the most relevant technologies applicable.

Stage 5: Project Delivery

With all the development and rigorous testing completed, the final stage is where we provide you the deliverable. You can review the deliverable and discuss the need for changes/revisions if any. We deliver the project ready for immediate implementation and seamless integration. In case of any revisions, Stage 4 or even Stage 3 can be reiterated.
